At the end of this module and semester, the project need to be exhibited. So, an approval needed for the exhibition to be held. In this case, a proposal regarding on the event to be formally made and presented to higher management.
Things to be explained in the proposal:
- What is the exhibition about
- Location of exhibition
- Motive of the exhibition
- Strategy
- Aim
- Objective
- Methodologies
As taking the responsible of the event manager, I am about to formally make a proposal for the event that will be held just a few weeks away to go. Before starting up putting words on the proposal, the proposal were drafted on a sheet for opinion from other members. At this moment, the proposal draft is not completed..
