3D Character and Environment Design for Animation

Gantt chart

Gantt chart is commonly used in project management, is one of the most popular and useful ways of showing activities (tasks or events) displayed against time. On the left of the chart is a list of the activities and along the top is a suitable time scale. Each activity is represented by a bar; the position and length of the bar reflects the start date, duration and end date of the activity. Gantt charts are most commonly used for tracking project schedules.

Regarding to my project, Gantt chart is a tool that been used to plan and set a deadline for each task in this module. A deadline are usually set in reason of accomplishing a task. As so, tasks of exploring and developing are stated in the table with weeks that the task should be completed.

This is my planned Gantt Chart for 3D Character and Environment Design for Animation module:

After structuring a Gantt chart, work are divided and progressed according to the table. Although, some task are heading over the period that was set.
