After satisfied of the design of my
sketches and exhibition idea, 3D Max is the software which is planned to be
used in this modelling of the exhibition booth. 3D Max is selected for the
modelling process is to experience a new application that might be useful in
future.
This is how the modelling process
was started in 3D Max. Standard primitive and the basic shapes are the main
tools used for the modelling. Scaling, rotation, selection, and moving tools
are the most useful tools for me to model my exhibition booth in 3D Max. These
are the screen shots of my process in 3D max.
Modelling
This is the beginning of my basement for my booth using the spindle tool and extruding it into a shape.
Then a cylinder shape for my booth's gallery. Then was dragged and moved using the movement tool.
Then the tables and chairs with the colour bottle shapes were made and the additional features of the bottle were extruded using the plane extrude tool.
Then the colour packaging box were modeled to significantly show about the specific product of the company. Then rotation and scaling tools were used to resize and moving the modelling.
After completely finishing modelling, the next progress is to apply texture on the booth. Before that a double check for my booth was need so that no mistakes are done.
After changing the final changes, the booth is ready to be applied texture
Bitmap
The textures are just images from the previous study of product. Those pictures are paintings and sample images of works.
Lighting
Lighting is an important tool to be applied so that the booth is shown with lights and shadows after rendering it into good and big quality.
