Reflection

The main purpose of this exhibition booth is to encourage people to use advanced gadget to read label content. Regarding the motive, PRYME Vessyl was the chosen products to create this project. Drinking habits of people nowadays is not in a mannered way. Consumption of energy drink is involved in daily living, nut the label content is ignored to be referred before consumption. In this final year project, I were exposed to know more and learn so many things like how to work with 3DS MAX more efficiently. This was an opportunity for me to enhance my idea to an exhibition booth that I would like to build awareness to public abiout smart hydration. Now, I can handle 3DS MAX modelling much better than before. I would like to learn more about 3DS MAX to improve my skills.

As a reflection, this project have made to face serious deadlines and the process of this project made me to feel the tensed of making a 3D modelling. But, this is not a minus point of learning for me. This has put me into so many places and has made to improve better than before. Now, walking into the creative industry is not a fear for me even though I have less skills. it is because, I have overcome so many things like stress, time management problem, deadlines, paperworks, technical errors and so many things that thought me a good lesson during this final semester.

After finished modelling in the 3DS MAX, all the view from different angles were rendered into high resolution to look more real and perfect. The rendering process took more time because it will slowly render to make the textures to have more real effect.

MODELLING

3Ds Max is the software that has been use to model the exhibition booth. In this process modelling, sketches and ideas need to be modelled into 3D. The ideas a concept sketched applied to be the exhibition booth after modelling, scaling, moving, texturing and rendering in this software. The reason of selecting 3DS MAX is because my experience in using this software in my previous tasks. And this is an opportunity for me to explore and practice more in using this software.

Alien (Face Manipulation)

This task is to take picture of colleagues and manipulating them into someone new and different.

below are the portrait of five in a group.

All this picture was attached in Adobe Photoshop and manipulated by taking different parts frfom different members such as eyes, eyebrow, lips, nose, mouth, ear and hair.

As an outcome, it brought a new identity such as the picture below.

Lighting in Photography

Lighting in photography is very important. Lighting can bring up good quality and better details on a image photographed. The best lighting is the Daylight which is the sunlight it give better color and detailed photograph. Indoor lighting are also one source used by photographers to get what type of photos they want. Usually, when a photographer know how should a light set up, he can sure get what he wanted. Here, in lighting there three indoor lightings basically used.

This task involving a Model to brought to the studio for the shoot. The purpose of this task is to understand the lighting positions and the reflection of it towards the photo.

Reflection:

After completing this task, I have learnt how to position the lights according to the outcome that i wanted. The position of every light plays an important role and does so much changes in case of a small position change. The lighting adds more quality to the subject that we are about to visualise,

Encoding

Encoding in photography is elaborating an image using words. In photography encoding is throwing words on a selected photo while coding is snapping photo for the words selected. This task is an advantage for the beginners to learn how to construct a photo imaging using the word or a keyword given. Besides, the keyword could be used metaphor imaging to be more professional in Digital Photography.
